Nothing is installed on users' devices – MediusGo is cloud-based and accessed via the browser on your computer, tablet, or mobile device. The only thing installed is a small client on the company's server, which is used to connect MediusGo with your ERP system.

We help you configure MediusGo to create efficient workflows that fit your business. The tool is very flexible.

All your supplier invoices are converted into searchable PDFs and collected in a digital feed – whether the original format is paper, e-invoice, PDF, XML, or something else. You choose whether you want all your supplier invoices to be sent directly to a scanning and interpretation agency, or if you want to scan the invoices yourself.

MediusGo can automatically check that the invoices match the supporting documents: goods invoices are matched against purchase orders, rental invoices are matched against agreements, and leasing invoices are matched against the payment plans in the contracts.

The invoices are automatically posted according to your rules – MediusGo selects the correct accounting template based on the project number on the invoice.

An email with a link to the invoice is automatically sent to the default approver. MediusGo can automatically route the invoice according to your business rules.
